How To Use
Soak hijiki in cold water for 30 minutes before using.
• Simmer in dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar for a traditional Japanese side dish.
• Add to pasta to give fibre and flavour, with a Japanse twist.
• Use as a furikake topping for rice.
