Tapioca Starch 42%, Water, Corn Starch, Colour (Sulphite Ammonia Caramel), Thickener (E412), Preservatives (E262), Flavouring
Boil 10 cups of water for ever cup of tapioca pearl. Boil for 2-3 minutes while stir slowly until tapioca pearl floats. Turn off heat and leave to simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Scoop out and wash over cool water. Add into your favourite drink and enjoy!
