Instructions:

Microwave - From Frozen. (4 balls, serves 1)
(800W): Remove the octopus balls from the packaging and place them on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Ensure the inside is completely hot before serving. Serve with brown sauce, bonito flakes and Japanese mayonnaise.
