Yuzu juice (57%), orange juice (water, concentrated orange juice), rice wine vinegar (water, rice, salt), lemon juice concentrate (preservative: sodium metabisulphite (sulphites)), sugar, antioxidant [ascorbic acid], thickener [xanthan gum].

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. Shake well before use. Natural colour variation may occur over time. This will not affect the product quality.
