A delicious vegetarian Gyoza containing five vegetables offering great taste and added bite. The green spinach infused pastry makes this Gyoza easily identifiable. 5 vegetables: Cabbage, Carrots, Edamame, Peas and White Radish. 

Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian

Ingredients:

Vegetables 55% (Cabbage, Pea, Soy Bean [Edamame], Carrot, White Radish), Wheat Flour, Water, Bread Crumbs (WheatFlour, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Spinach Powder 0.6%, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Bean, Wheat, Salt), Wheat Gluten, Garlic Powder, Sesame Oil, Potato Starch, Natural Flavouring [Contains Wheat, Ginger, Powder, Black Pepper]

 

For best results, cook from frozen.

*Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoonful of oil and 1 cup of water (approx 60ml). Cover with lid and "froil" (fry and boil) until water dries out and turn golden. Ready in approx 7 minutes.
*Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 3 minutes.
*Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
*Steam: Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
