A traditional Japanese vegetable gyoza with cabbage, onion, carrot, and garlic chives.
Vegetables 51% (Cabbage 38%, Onion, Carrot, Garlic Chives), Wheat Flour, Water, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Palm Oil, Yeast), Textured Soya Proteins, Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol), Garlic, Sweet Cooking Rice Wine [Water, Rice, Alcohol, Rice Koji (Aspergillus Oryzae), Glucose Syrup, Yeast, Acidity Regulator (E270)], Sugar, Flavour Enhancers (E621), Maize Starch, Ginger.
For best results, cook from frozen.
*Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoonful of oil and 1 cup of water (approx 60ml). Cover with lid and "froil" (fry and boil) until water dries out and turn golden. Ready in approx 7 minutes.
*Deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 3 minutes.
*Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
*Steam: Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
