Rendang is a drier, concentrated curry that is slow cooked, allowing the meat to tenderise and fuse with lemon grass. With Dollee Rendang Paste, all you have to do is add water and coconut milk. Suitable with chicken or beef. For best results: stir in kaffir lime leaves just before serving. Tip: For a milder curry, simply add slightly more coconut or fresh/low fat milk than required by the recipe.
