Laver or Nori as it’s known in Japan, is a variety of edible seaweed, commonly used to make sushi rolls or simply eaten as a snack. These already toasted nori sheets are ready to wrap sushi and roll rice balls. Nori can be served raw in salads, stir-fried with vegetables and meat, or use as a seasoning.
